To my palate, root-beer always tastes like some sort of throat-lozenge or medicinal drink.

I'll stick with 18-year-old Lagavulin. With no mixers, for to contaminate decent whisky is a sin.

Lagavulin is one of my favourite whiskies, but I'm not that big a fan of them generally.
